In spring, wake to the dawn chorus, watch the sunrise across the water and wander along woodland trails as nature comes back to life. And as night falls, listen to the owls and enjoy the amazing starlit skies — a truly magical experience.
In summer, cool off with a leisurely swim in the pool, relax beneath the trees whilst the children enjoy the small play area or have a leisurely game of petanque.
Autumn is a beautiful time at Ribière and ideal for trying your hand at fishing on our small ponds or exploring the local Limousin and Dordogne regions.
And winter becomes a wonderland with brisk walks through the evergeen woods with a chance of spotting the deer and wildboar that roam the estate.

Whether you join us for a short-break or a longer stay, Ribière is the perfect place to pause with family and friends - including the four-legged variety! Our range of pet-friendly accommodation offers something for everyone - from cosy studio gites for two to our seven-bedroom apartment for up to 14 guests.
Studio gites – traditional French styling with ensuite facilities, kitchen area and private terrace.
Eco chalet – with its own private garden, kitchen, lounge and two bedrooms this is the ideal option for friends or small families requiring a little extra space. Made from sustainable wood and powered by solar.
Apartment – our self-contained 'apartment' of three twin and four double ensuite rooms with a large kitchen / diner is perfect for groups of friends or family. It also has its own private terrace, garden and parking.

Art – A week of artist-led creativity focused on painting and drawing en plein air at Ribière and further afield on day excursions. Carp fishing – Ribière is renowned across Europe for its impressive big carp. The estate’s 20-acre lake is home to over 500 fish up to 37kg.
